FARM Content Creator Guidelines & Terms

We’ve crafted this to help you undertand what the Guidelines mean, to read them in full legal text, scroll down!

1. Use of Official Hashtags

To make sure we can track your posts and count them toward your achievements, please always use our official hashtag: #solutionsbyfarm.
You may also tag @FARM when relevant.

Posts without the hashtag will not be counted toward achievements, rewards, or the leaderboard.

2. Content Restrictions

To keep our community safe and positive, your content must never include:

  • Illegal activity or promotion of illegal actions

  • Offensive, harmful, or discriminatory language (e.g., racism, sexism, hate speech)

  • Harassment or bullying

  • False statements about FARM or its services

  • Misleading marketing

  • Sensitive private information

  • Explicit or adult content

  • Violence or dangerous behavior

  • Anything that violates international or EU regulations

  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted material (images, music, videos, screenshots, text, etc.)

If you’re unsure, you can:

  • Visit our Content Bank for safe inspiration

  • Ask questions in the Forum

  • Contact the FARM team

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Please respect copyright and intellectual property at all times:

  • Only post content you created yourself or have permission to use.

  • Do not use copyrighted images, music, text, or videos unless you own the rights.

  • Do not crop out, hide, or remove watermarks.

  • External sources must be credited properly.

  • FARM is not responsible for copyright violations committed by creators.

  • If you infringe on someone’s rights, you may be removed from the program.

If you’re unsure, choose content from our official media library.

4. Truthful & Transparent Marketing

Your content must always be truthful.

  • Do not claim FARM provided a service unless it actually happened.

  • Do not invent stories, false testimonials, or experiences.

  • Examples of prohibited content:

    • “FARM built an app for me” (unless FARM actually did)

    • Fake reviews

    • Invented success stories

If we discover misleading content:

  1. You will receive a warning

  2. Repeated issues may result in removal from the program

We love creativity — but it must be authentic.

5. Earnings & Payments

Here’s how payments work:

  • You earn money when people use your affiliate link or discount code.

  • FARM only pays out through bank transfer, not PayPal or other services.

  • You must be registered as a freelancer (or legally allowed to receive affiliate income).

  • No maximum earning limit

  • Payments are processed monthly

  • You are responsible for filing your own taxes

We’ll send you regular earning overviews.

6. Rewards, Leaderboards & Achievements

FARM offers achievement rewards for milestones such as:

  • Number of posts

  • Number of visits

  • Number of sales

Rewards may include:

  • A free website

  • Strategy calls

  • Digital products

  • Extra website pages

  • Surprise bonuses

Leaderboard rewards:

  • Top 3 creators receive monthly bonuses

  • Top 10 creators are displayed on the leaderboard

  • You may choose to appear under an anonymous name

7. Data Privacy

We take your privacy seriously.

  • FARM does not share your data with any third or second parties

  • We only use your data to:

    • Manage your account

    • Process payments

    • Contact you regarding the program

  • We do not store unnecessary personal information

  • You may remain anonymous on the forum and leaderboard

You may request full deletion of your data at any time.

8. Using the Content Bank

Creativity block? No problem.

You can browse our Content Bank for:

  • Post ideas

  • Caption examples

  • Templates

  • Approved talking points

  • Educational pieces

This helps ensure your content stays safe, legal, and on-brand.

9. Communication & Support

You can:

  • Speak with other creators on the Forum

  • Contact FARM directly using the contact information on our homepage

10. Enforcement

If you break the rules:

  1. You will receive a warning

  2. If violations continue, your account may be suspended or terminated

Serious violations (illegal content, dangerous content, extreme misinformation) may lead to immediate removal.

11. Liability

FARM is not responsible for:

  • Content you post

  • Copyright violations by creators

  • False statements made by creators

  • Legal consequences of creator-generated content

Creators are fully responsible for all content published through their accounts.

FARM Content Creator Agreement & Compliance Guidelines

1. Official Hashtags & Tracking Requirements

Creators must use the official FARM hashtag #solutionsbyfarm on all posts intended to qualify for rewards, achievements, or leaderboard metrics.
Failure to include the official hashtag may result in disqualification of the post for tracking, attribution, and compensation purposes.

Creators may also tag FARM’s official social channels!

2. Content Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

Creators agree not to publish, distribute, or engage in any content that:

2.1 Violates Applicable Law

Including but not limited to:

  • EU regulations

  • International advertising standards

  • Local advertising laws

  • Consumer protection laws

  • GDPR requirements

2.2 Contains Harmful or Offensive Material

Including but not limited to:

  • Racism, discrimination, hate speech

  • Harassment, defamation, bullying

  • Illegal acts or promotion thereof

  • Dangerous or harmful behavior

  • Sexually explicit or violent material

  • Sensitive personal data

2.3 Misrepresents FARM

Creators shall not:

  • Claim FARM provided services or results that it did not

  • Create fabricated testimonials

  • Publish misleading, false, or exaggerated marketing claims

  • Associate FARM with unrelated projects, achievements, or guarantees

  • We do not advertise to minors

2.4 Discloses Confidential Information

Creators may not share:

  • Internal program details unless their goal is to reach new Solutions creators

  • Private platform information

  • Sensitive communications

  • Non-public FARM resources

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property Compliance

Creators must comply with international IP law, including EU copyright directives. Specifically:

  • Only use content (images, videos, audio, text, designs) the creator owns or is licensed to use

  • Do not repost copyrighted media without written permission

  • Do not modify, conceal, or remove watermarks or ownership marks

  • Properly credit external creators when using licensed material

  • Ensure all third-party use complies with rights granted

Creators bear full liability for any copyright or IP infringement.

FARM assumes no responsibility for content posted by creators and will not be held liable for infringement claims arising from creator actions.

4. Truthful Marketing & Representation

Creators are required to present truthful, transparent, and verifiable statements.

The following (but not limited to) are prohibited:

  • False claims regarding FARM’s services

  • Misleading statements about results, sales, or benefits

  • Fabricated personal experiences

  • Unverified or deceptive testimonials

  • Manipulation of engagement or statistics

Violations may result in immediate removal from the program.

5. Earnings, Payments & Tax Responsibilities

  • Earnings are generated exclusively through the creator’s unique FARM affiliate link or discount code

  • FARM processes payments monthly

  • No maximum earning limit

  • Payments are made only via bank transfer

  • Creators must be legally permitted to receive affiliate income (e.g., registered freelancers where required)

  • FARM does not issue invoices; compensation is processed as affiliate payouts

  • Creators are solely responsible for declaring earnings and complying with local tax obligations

6. Achievements, Rewards & Leaderboards

FARM may award additional incentives based on performance metrics including:

  • Post count

  • Traffic generated

  • Visits

  • Affiliate sales

Rewards may include (but are not limited to):

  • Websites

  • Digital products

  • Strategy sessions

  • Bonus payouts

  • Custom rewards

Leaderboard rankings are based on monthly performance.
Creators may appear under an anonymized name upon request.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

In compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws:

  • FARM processes only essential personal data

  • Personal data is never sold, transferred, or shared with unauthorized third parties

  • Data is used solely for:

    • Payment processing

    • Account management

    • Program communication

    • Internal analytics

Creators may request data deletion at any time. FARM will respond in accordance with GDPR requirements.

8. Use of FARM Content Bank

Creators may access FARM’s official Content Bank for:

  • Pre-approved content ideas

  • Media assets

  • Template posts

  • Brand-consistent messaging

Use of the Content Bank does not grant ownership of FARM’s intellectual property; rights remain with FARM.

9. Enforcement & Termination

FARM reserves the right to:

  • Issue warnings

  • Temporarily suspend creator accounts

  • Permanently terminate participation

  • Withhold rewards or compensation

  • Remove access to the platform

Immediate termination may occur in cases of:

  • Illegal activity

  • Harmful content

  • Copyright violations

  • Severe misinformation

  • Fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the program

10. Liability Disclaimer

FARM is not responsible for:

  • Content created, published, or distributed by creators

  • Legal claims arising from creator actions

  • Copyright or intellectual property infringement

  • Financial, civil, or criminal penalties resulting from creator posts

  • Losses related to account misuse, platform errors, or creator misconduct

Creators accept full responsibility for all content they publish and any consequences arising from it.
