3.2 Quotations, Acceptance, and Refunds

Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Cancel within 7 days: full refund

  • If work has started: pay for completed work plus 50% of remaining project fees

4. Client Responsibility & Acceptance

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all delivered products or services (software, websites, apps, marketing campaigns, or advice). Acceptance confirms the work meets agreed specifications and releases FARM Solutions from further liability regarding the delivered service.

5. Limitation of Liability

FARM Solutions is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue, profit, or data

  • Downtime, bugs, or errors in software, apps, or websites

  • Losses resulting from advisory, marketing, or business development services
