Webshop Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the FARM Solutions webshop. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our webshop, including merchandise and products offered in collaboration with our projects.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

The webshop is operated by FARM Solutions, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Products offered may be part of affiliated projects (such as Project Rowan), but all transactions are handled by FARM Solutions.

2. Products and Production

All products are made to order through third-party production partners.

Because items are produced on demand:

  • small variations in color, print placement, or finish may occur

  • product images are indicative

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in the webshop and may be shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on your location. Final pricing is always visible at checkout.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

FARM Solutions reserves the right to change prices at any time.

4. Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed after purchase and sent to production.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Production: 2–7 business days

  • Shipping: 1–14 business days

Delays may occur due to production or shipping circumstances outside our control.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours after placement.

After this period, production may have started and cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

All products are made to order. For this reason:

  • Orders are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal

  • Returns are not accepted for size issues or change of mind

Exceptions apply if:

  • the product is defective

  • the product is damaged upon arrival

  • the wrong item was delivered

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within a reasonable time after receiving the product

  • Provide clear proof (photos of the issue)

We will review the case and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or solution in coordination with our production partner.

8. Shipping and Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by third-party carriers.

If an issue occurs during delivery:

  • we recommend also contacting the carrier

  • we will assist where possible

FARM Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, but we will support in resolving issues.

9. Liability

FARM Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of products purchased through the webshop.

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the purchased product, where legally applicable.

10. Project Collaborations

Some products are created in collaboration with affiliated projects (e.g., Project Rowan).

Where stated, proceeds may support these projects. However, all purchases remain transactions with FARM Solutions.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, prints, and concepts remain the intellectual property of FARM Solutions and/or its affiliated projects.

Products may not be reproduced, copied, or commercially used without permission.
